Michael Lallathin

Michael is a team member at CenTrust Wealth Management. 

Born and raised in NE Ohio, Michael proudly graduated as a Wadsworth Grizzly and an Ohio State Buckeye! At THE Ohio State University, he graduated with a bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and achieved Suma Cum Laude. After working as a legal assistant, Michael decided to change his career path. He went back to school at the University of Akron and obtained his Certificate in Financial Planning.

After passing the SIE, the Series 7, and the Series 66 Exams, Michael is a Financial Advisor. His main focus areas are asset management and financial planning, and he is currently registered in Ohio, Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas.

Once introduced to Dave Ramsey’s curriculum in high school, Michael fell in love with personal finance. He’s completed Dave’s financial courses, as well as read some of his books. Many of Dave Ramsey’s principles are near and dear to him, and his teachings have had a huge impact on Michael’s life. He wants what is best for his clients, and helping them achieve financial stability is the ultimate goal. Reducing clients' financial stress by providing them with quality services is a top priority at CenTrust.

In Michael’s spare time, he loves watching football and baseball. THE Ohio State Buckeyes, the Cleveland Browns, and the Cleveland Guardians (Indians) are his favorite sports teams to watch. He is also an avid    gardener. In addition, Michael loves attending concerts and listening to live music. His favorite genres are 60s-80s classic rock and 80s-early 00s country music. Top favorite bands and artists are: The Eagles, Night Ranger, Def Leppard, George Strait, Alan Jackson, Brooks and Dunn and Alabama.
